- Deploy, monitor, and support applications in a Kubernetes multi‑tenant environment and promote overall system stability through monitoring, proper change control management, and implementation of best practices to maintain a production environment.
- Support Git Lab Pipelines and Terraform to manage IaC across multiple Microsoft Azure resources/services.
- Research opportunities for automation, troubleshoot issues reported by users, and implement migrations, upgrades, and patches in all environments.
- Interact efficiently with business and development teams at all levels to establish root causes of application errors and to analyze escalating serious concerns.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Database, UNIX, Cloud, etc.) to solve complex problems and provide occasional on‑call or weekend support for critical activities during non‑production hours.
- A bachelor's degree and ideally 5+ years of work experience in an Information Technology field.
- Deep understanding of SRE concepts, passion for SRE transformation, and excellent knowledge of cloud architecture, especially Microsoft Azure.
- Working knowledge of key Azure technologies such as Virtual Machines, Key Vaults, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, and Hub Networks.
- Capable of maintaining complex Kubernetes ecosystems including Ingress, Service Mesh, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, EFK, etc.
- Solid experience with Linux containers & Kubernetes, with a good grasp of cloud networking protocols and proficiency with Dev Ops tools (Git Lab, Azure Dev Ops, Nexus) throughout modern Dev Ops pipelines.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible and strong knowledge in administering and restoring application services within a complex and secure banking environment.
- Practical experience in defining and building automation routines to improve stability and quality of production services, and familiarity with microservices architecture and building RESTful services.
- Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Bash, and Power Shell and strong understanding of database platforms such as Postgre
SQL, Oracle, or Azure SQL.
