Job DescriptionThe Technology Training Specialist oversees the planning, development, and implementation of training programs designed for Technology team members as well as the broader organization. This role focuses on ensuring that all team members, regardless of department, have access to technology training options that equip them with the technical, analytical, and business management skills necessary to support Pilot’s technology strategy and transformation.
By expanding training opportunities beyond the Technology team, this role helps foster a culture of technological proficiency and continuous learning throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Adult learning theories / principles
- Training evaluation methods
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Workday Learning
- Proficiency with virtual training platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex)
- Familiarity with AI-driven or adaptive learning technologies
- Strong understanding of enterprise technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, cybersecurity basics, data analytics tools).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible training for non-technical audiences.
