As an Application Support Supervisor, you will provide the strategic leadership and direction essential to optimizing performance, managing complex customer challenges, and safeguarding the exceptional service our clients depend on.

** In this role, you will be the catalyst for team growth and operational excellence for a specialized group supporting critical accounting software. You will have the unique opportunity to provide vital leadership and strategic direction, directly influencing how our customers interact with Vista Web and Field products while identifying key improvement opportunities to elevate the support experience.
** Key Exciting Responsibilities*
* • Lead and inspire a team of eight support specialists focused on Vista Web and Field accounting products to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Provide strategic direction and hands-on coaching to optimize team performance and foster professional development.
• Manage and resolve complex customer issues, serving as a senior point of escalation to safeguard overall satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the customer support journey.
• Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and gather feedback to drive innovation within the support department.
** Essential Skills & Experience*
* • 2+ years of experience in application customer support or a related technical environment.
• Demonstrated ability to provide clear leadership and strategic direction to a frontline team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience managing complex customer escalations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain consistent service standards.
• Proficiency with business software such as Salesforce and Google Workspace.
** Bonus Points For:*
* • Previous experience leading support teams specifically within the accounting or financial software industry.
• Familiarity with Vista Web, Field products, or similar ERP solutions.
