Desktop Technician

Description

Looking for a desktop technician to join the team on a contractual basis to set up/image/stage kiosks in Knoxville and ship them to the different sites across America. They will get on the phone with the installer at the site for installation, configure IP, and then follow up to reset ensure it was successful. They are responsible for any hardware/software troubleshooting throughout the process (staging and imaging through install).

Candidates don't have be an expert in every single technology listed in the top skills but should be at least familiar with all of them.

Entry Level

This is a Contract position based out of Knoxville, TN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Knoxville,TN.
