The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

** In this role, you will be the primary technical architect of customer success, directly influencing how mechanical, electrical, and plumbing partners transition from traditional methods to sophisticated digital estimating. You will shape the future of construction technology by resolving complex software challenges and ensuring the world’s essential infrastructure projects stay on track through your expert guidance.
** Key Exciting Responsibilities*
* • Serve as the primary support liaison, resolving complex software issues for Trimble’s premier MEP estimating package.
• Guide customers through sophisticated system setup, configuration, and implementation across diverse digital environments.
• Master multi-channel communication to provide high-level technical solutions via live chat, web-based tools, and telephone.
• Translate intricate technical concepts into actionable steps for users ranging from IT experts to field-based end users.
• Drive product excellence by identifying root causes and collaborating on intuitive solutions for the Auto Bid software suite.
** Essential Skills & Experience*
* • You possess a strong troubleshooting foundation in Windows, networking, and general computer systems.
• You are an analytical thinker capable of making intuitive leaps to identify and resolve root cause software issues.
• You have a proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in high-pressure, time-critical support environments.
• You are a customer-oriented communicator with a talent for explaining technical logic to diverse audiences.
** Bonus Points For:*
* • Experience with in the mechanical or construction industry.
• 1+ years of professional experience in a technical customer support or call center environment.
• Familiarity with Auto Bid software or basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.
