- Shadowing experienced team members to understand departmental operations
- Contributing to process improvement, marketing, or technical projects
- Demonstrate initiative and accountability in assigned tasks
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Represent Stowers Machinery professionally when interacting with customers or partners
- No direct supervisory responsibilities
- Customer service or retail experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude (for Service, Parts, or Rental placements)
- Experience with spreadsheets, databases, or digital tools
- Strong writing or presentation skills (for Sales, Marketing, HR, or Finance placements)
Requirements vary by department but may include:
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
- Comfort working in office, shop, or warehouse environments
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. in Parts, Service, or Rental roles
- Attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive or technical tasks

- Office, shop, warehouse, or field settings depending on department
- Exposure to noise, machinery, and outdoor conditions in operational areas
