Product Support - Warranty Representative

At Blue Diamond Attachments, this role is more than processing claims — it’s about protecting our brand, supporting dealers, and ensuring every product performs the way it should.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the go-to expert for product and warranty questions
• Review and resolve warranty claims with fairness and accuracy
• Assist our valued dealers with product and warranty issues
• Interact with end users by telephone when they need help the most
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product teams
• Turn issues into improvement opportunities

We’re looking for someone who:

• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Understands mechanical or hydraulic systems
• Can interpret photos, specs, and documentation
• Has solid computer skills to record case details and communicate with stakeholders
• Stays calm, objective, and solutions-focused
