Location:

Knoxville, TN Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• 1 year of experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Windows‑based applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple support requests efficiently
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, client‑first approach
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑based IT environment

• Provide inbound and outbound technical support via phone and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network systems
• Deliver timely, professional, and customer‑focused technical assistance
• Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in ticketing systems
• Collaborate with internal team members to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
• Ensure accurate tracking and follow‑up of support requests to maintain service quality
