We’re seeking a driven, analytical, and curious early-career professional to join our team as a CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST
— a role where you’ll directly influence product availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Analyze data to drive inventory replenishment decisions and maintain optimal stock levels
• Monitor and improve in-stock performance, service levels, and on-time delivery
• Partner with internal teams and customers to align supply and demand
• Leverage ERP systems and customer data platforms to manage performance
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
• Help optimize processes while balancing cost and service excellence

• Recent graduate (or within 1–2 years) in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or similar field
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
