Technical Business Analyst

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a technical Business Analyst to join their team. This person will be assisting with taking business requirements and translating them to technical requirements for an engineering team that is working on a new software system build project. This person should be someone who can parse complex business requirements to identify technical gaps and determine exactly what questions to ask to fill them.

They will collaborate closely with the Product Owner to flesh out user stories with technical details, data mappings, and dataflow diagrams to visualize how everything connects. They need to pick up things quickly, work well independently or in collaborative sessions, and have at least a rudimentary understanding of relational databases.

• Possess technical literacy and a strong understanding of EIT capabilities.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Azure Dev Ops experience or similar.
• Experience with Data Flows and Integrations and spec'ing out APIs.
• Experience in enterprise healthcare process analysis, applications and solutions is a plus, but not required.
