Data Scientist (Hybrid)

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics/data science.
• 5+ years in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• 3+ years of Python (pandas, Num Py, scikit-learn, etc.).
• 3+ years building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic data modeling and analysis.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Experience analyzing workforce data, contractor spend, or operational metrics.

• Experience with machine learning models and predictive analytics.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• Design and implement data models to support tech-specific strategic initiatives.
• Perform advanced analytics on contractor spend, workforce trends, and operational metrics.
• Deliver insights that influence executive-level decisions.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau for Tech Ops stakeholders.
• Enhance reporting on internal survey data (e.g., Office vibe) to deliver deeper organizational insights.
• Present findings in a clear, concise, and impactful manner to senior leadership.

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Support data pipeline improvements and scalable analytics solutions.

• Apply machine learning techniques where applicable to improve forecasting, segmentation, and predictive insights.
• Use Python (preferred) for data manipulation, modeling, and automation.

• Partner with Tech Ops, Finance, and HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Demonstrate executive presence and strong communication skills when presenting to leadership.
