The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, is recruiting two Senior IT Technicians to deliver desktop and technical support across the Tickle College of Engineering and multiple offices. Under the Director of IT, you will handle SLAs, troubleshoot hardware/software, and support AV for events on campus.
The role requires 2–3 years in a tech environment, strong AD/Intune/DNS/DHCP knowledge, and excellent customer service. On-site Knoxville, TN location with UT Benefits and development opportunities.
