SAP Basis Support Consultant
Baer is looking for SAP Basis Support Consultant for a 4 month remote project

We are seeking a SAP Basis Support Consultant to provide day-to-day SAP Basis support and ensure the stability, availability, and performance of SAP systems. The consultant will assist with system monitoring, user administration, transport management, incident resolution, and technical troubleshooting while maintaining accurate support documentation.
Provide day-to-day SAP Basis support to ensure system stability and performance.
Monitor SAP systems and resolve technical issues and incidents.
Perform user, role, and authorization administration.
Execute SAP transports across system landscapes.
Perform routine system maintenance and technical troubleshooting.
Document incidents, transports, maintenance activities, and support records.
Generate system health reports and maintain support documentation.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve issues.
Follow change management and support procedures.
Escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous process improvements.
SAP Basis administration or technical support experience.
Basic understanding of SAP Basis administration and SAP system architecture.
Knowledge of system monitoring, incident management, and technical troubleshooting.
Familiarity with SAP user and authorization administration.
Understanding of SAP transport management processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Bachelor's Degree
