The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs an Infrastructure IT Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Providing standard and local hardware support for: workstations, laptops, tablets, Zebra & HP Printers, RF devices, servers, and networking.
- Providing standard and local software support for:
Windows OS & MS Office suites, Lotus Notes DB, and Security tools. - Maintaining site dashboards for computers, printers, servers, networking equipment, IT work tickets & PC/server vulnerabilities.
- Maintain compliance with IT standards, security requirements, and operational procedures
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology (completed and verified prior to start) and Five (5) years’ experience in Information Technology in a manufacturing, private, public, government, or military environment.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and Eight (8) years’ experience in Information Technology in a manufacturing, distribution center, private, public, government, or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience working with RF devices, Zebra and HP printers, Network switches, Firewalls hardware and software.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skills.
- Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs.
- Experience with networking and associated security protocols.
- Knoxville, IA (Onsite, 5 days per week)

The expected compensation range for this position is $95,591 - $116,834, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
