- Provide day-to-day business support to the Information Technology department
- Manage ordering, tracking, and delivery of IT hardware and software
- Monitor IT budgets and work with IT leadership to address known variances
- Process new and renewal contracts, purchase orders, and invoices in a timely manner
- Support the IT Service Management system to maximize features and functionality for efficient IT service delivery
- Develop and manage a comprehensive inventory of IT assets
- Facilitate IT purchases and track logistics from initial ordering through completed delivery
- Track annual hardware and software budget renewals and expenses
- Track and submit IT invoices, ensuring timely payment
- Anticipate IT Managers’ needs and provide proactive support
- Arrange and facilitate department-wide activities, including annual All IT Meetings
- Partner with operational leaders to proactively manage IT needs
- Work with business and clinical operation leaders to develop self-service modules improving access to IT services and support
- Maintain and publish monthly Service Management statistics
- Report to the Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer
- Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field of study
- Two years of experience in healthcare, information technology, business administration, or administrative support
- Years of experience may be used to support minimum education requirement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Service oriented
- Able to work independently, think critically, and solve problems
- Proactive with ability to make routine decisions independently
- Above average problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications
- Light lifting, pushing and pulling of 10–20 lbs. occasionally
- Frequent moving of objects under 10 lbs.
- Frequent sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending, and reaching
- Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required
Demonstrates expertise in managing IT hardware and software procurement, budget tracking, and contract processing while providing proactive support to IT leadership and operational teams. Proficient in utilizing IT Service Management systems to enhance service delivery and maintain comprehensive asset inventories.
