Slamdot, located in the beautiful Northshore Village in Knoxville, TN, was founded in 2005 with the belief that website design and digital marketing should be straightforward and approachable. We provide small businesses with website design packages, digital marketing services, web hosting, and more. We’ve made web design and digital marketing easy and affordable, but most of all, we’ve taken the mystery and confusion out of it for the customer.

What You Will Be Doing

• Setting up new customer websites and hosting accounts
• Creating and managing content through Word Press
• Helping customers setup and configure email programs
• Meeting with customers about their website or hosting service
• Working with customers to gather and optimize their content
• Assisting customers with making changes to their website
• Following up with customers about their website's progress
• Optimizing customer-supplied content for search engines
• Formatting customers' content with HTML and CSS
• Creating and managing social media accounts for customers

What You Bring

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience working with Word Press
• Proficient with social networking sites
• Experience with image editing software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to multi-task
