I'm looking for a full-time Media Buyer to join our team.
What you need:
Real hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager running lead form campaigns (Instant Forms).
Working knowledge of Leads Center inside Meta Business Suite. I'll tell you which leads are good and you mark them as Qualified Leads.
Knowing how to optimize a campaign and scale it toward qualified leads: starting with high volume and moving it toward lower volume but much higher quality leads.
Structuring campaigns and ad sets, and testing creatives and angles.
Reading the metrics and optimizing: CPL, CTR, frequency, and above all lead quality, not volume.
Knowing when to scale budget and when to kill an ad, without anyone having to tell you.
Reporting and communicating directly with me. You don't deal with the end clients.
Nice to have (apply anyway if you don't have it):
Setting up datasets / CAPI connections for lead forms. This is what I value most.
Experience with website campaigns:
Meta Pixel, events, conversions. It's not a requirement since this role is strictly lead forms, but if you know it well, you're worth a lot more to us.
Being able to put together simple image creatives to feed the campaigns.
Functional English. It doesn't have to be perfect, but enough to work with English material, since all of our clients and all of our ads are in the United States.
How it starts: you begin with one single client so I can see how you work, and from there we scale account by account. You'll get training on how we do things here. We currently manage more than 20 active clients, and the goal is for you to end up handling 15 to 20 accounts max, no more, so every account actually gets worked properly.
The pay is good and this is a stable position, with accounts already running from day one. I'm looking for someone proactive who can read the numbers and make decisions on their own.
(If this job is in fact in your jurisdiction, then you may be using a Proxy or VPN to access this site, and to progress further, you should change your connectivity to another mobile device or PC).
