We are expanding our commercial division and seeking a Commercial Insurance Producer who wants to build a meaningful book of business with multi‑state capabilities and national carrier access
.

This is an opportunity to step into a scalable platform — not a single‑office agency limited by geography. You’ll be able to write business locally, regionally, and nationwide while being supported by an experienced service team and strong internal systems.

Prospect, develop, and close new commercial insurance accounts

Build and manage long‑term client relationships across multiple states

Advise business owners on risk management and coverage strategy

Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals

Collaborate with internal service, marketing, and leadership teams

Maintain accurate client and pipeline documentation

Stay current on industry trends, coverage changes, and carrier offerings

Active Tennessee Property & Casualty license (required)

Commercial insurance experience preferred

Proven ability to generate and close new business

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills

High integrity, professionalism, and follow‑through

Self‑motivated, competitive, and growth‑oriented
