Licensed Insurance Broker

We are seeking a licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional at the broker level to service and manage an established book of business. This is a non-sales role focused on account servicing, policy management, and client support.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, technically strong in commercial P&C coverage, and comfortable working directly with carriers and clients to maintain and service policies.

• Manage and service an assigned book of commercial lines business
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
• Review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps
• Market accounts to carriers when necessary
• Communicate coverage details clearly to clients
• Work closely with producers while not responsible for new business production
• Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations
• Ensure accurate documentation within agency management systems

• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Broker-level licensure required (must be authorized to operate in a brokerage capacity)
• 3+ years of commercial lines servicing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of general liability, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, and umbrella coverage
• Experience working with multiple carriers
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in agency management systems preferred
