Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Underwrite insurance policies and process claims
- Develop proposals and negotiate terms with clients
- Assist with risk management and financial auditing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge
- Experience in agency management and underwriting
- Strong understanding of employee benefits and claims resolution
- Excellent account management and client services skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in retail or consulting
- Military background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $45,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
