We are growing and looking to add a Customer Service Representative to support our business / commercial insurance clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and learning the business side of insurance. You do not need prior insurance experience — we will train the right person. However, you must be willing to obtain your insurance license (we will guide you through the process).

• Support business / commercial insurance clients with policy changes, renewals, certificates, and coverage questions
• Communicate with business owners via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assist with processing endorsements and policy updates
• Help prepare renewal reviews and coverage summaries
• Maintain accurate documentation in agency systems
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new commercial clients
• Provide proactive service to help clients understand risk and protection options

• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable learning technical information and discussing coverage
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to grow
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Compensation $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
