Master Data Specialist

Position Summary

Master Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining and updating critical product information across various systems to support new product introductions and daily production activities at Reily Foods.

• Design, create and manage structured data flows and processes for effective data integration within the organization.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance data quality.
• Handle multiple high‑priority tasks in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement new business tools and processes.
• Steward master data set‑ups for new products and their components in multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and optimization of data workflows.
• Manage and process change requests related to master data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tools, processes, and procedures affecting all master data.
• Align with cross‑functional teams to validate accurate set‑up of all new products to trigger ERP/MRP systems.
• Identify, design, and plan projects to update data accuracy and integrity.
• Limited travel required.

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow skills in data management while supporting cross‑functional teams.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a data‑focused role, operations support, or data entry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 (or similar ERP/MRP system) preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; food‑industry experience is a bonus.
• Background in purchasing or production planning beneficial.
• Strong sense of ownership and follow‑through.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
