This opportunity is based on a Production Supervisor career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional education in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field is a plus
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, or account management
  • Experience with inventory management systems, ERP systems, or order management software preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Job Duties
  • Manage sports equipment programs, including coolers, dispensers, cups, and gameday hydration equipment
  • Maintain inventory levels, forecast replenishment needs, and prevent stock shortages
  • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers and vendors
  • Serve as the primary contact for client accounts and resolve customer concerns
  • Source new suppliers, obtain quotes, and evaluate vendor options
  • Assist with supplier pricing negotiations and vendor relationship management
  • Coordinate inbound shipments, delivery schedules, and receiving logistics
  • Partner with warehouse and operations teams to ensure proper receiving and storage of materials
  • Monitor orders and deliveries, proactively communicating delays or issues
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory, pricing history, supplier information, and invoicing
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office and operations environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
