Inventory Specialist About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving activities. This role is ideal for someone with inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and track inventory levels

+ Perform cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory transactions

+ Process incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain documentation

+ Support warehouse operations, inventory flow, and material handling processes

+ Coordinate orders and shipments with internal teams

+ Use Microsoft Excel and inventory systems to manage data and reporting

+ Ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

+ 1-2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain

+ Knowledge of inventory management principles and inventory control processes

+

Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software (Net Suite preferred)

+ Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

+ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

+ Forklift experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.85/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
