• Learn Floor Care from the ground up
• Interact professionally with residential and commercial clients
• Climb ladders, access attics/crawl spaces
• Lift up to 50 lbs, stay active
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude
• Communicate clearly and work well both independently and on a team

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid, clean driver’s license (Required)
• Must be 21+ with reliable transportation
• Comfortable with heights and tight spaces
• Basic math skills (you’ll be calculating square footage)
• Floor Care knowledge or related experience is a plus, but not required—we train you!
• One year of maintenance or floor care experience is preferred
