What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain apartments, hallways, restrooms, and common areas to keep them clean and guest‑ready
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize on a regular schedule
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Keep supply closets organized and well‑stocked
• Work independently while managing your cleaning assignments efficiently
• Contribute to a clean, welcoming environment residents can count on

What We’re Looking For

• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience (apartment or hotel experience preferred)
• A strong eye for detail and a “clean as you go” mindset
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
• Reliable, self‑directed, and organized
• Friendly, professional, and team‑oriented
