• High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
• Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Commercial Floor Cleaning Associate.
• Good driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
