Retail & Store Manager
You’re a born team leader eager for an opportunity to lead, coach, and supervise a team of go-getters while overseeing day-to-day operations of a fast-paced retail store. Our store managers have a broad scope of responsibilities across retail locations throughout Tennessee. Managing staff is just part of the role. You’ll also train to manage sales processes, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and work directly with customers to deliver exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:
- Supervise daily operations of assigned stores
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals
- Monitor all customer transactions, bank withdrawals, and deposits daily
- Train and develop staff members continuously
- Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Evaluate staff performance regularly
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and staff
- Handle customer and employee concerns and complaints
- Maintain a clean and safe lobby and workspace
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Comply with all applicable laws in the financial services industry
- During the last 90 days of training, the Manager in Training (MIT) will be responsible for supervising store associates and operations, including staffing, hiring, firing, and performance management
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years management experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or comparable business
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills and ability to meet retail environment demands
- Willingness to work in a performance-measured environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Capability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
- Proven sales leadership skills to drive store revenue
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
- Availability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and a 24/7 on-call schedule
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The MIT will supervise personnel at assigned locations, maintaining communication with Operations Management and the Support Center.
