• Lead all mining and plant operations, with full accountability for output, cost, and safety
• Maximise site performance through targeted KPI delivery and efficient use of assets
• Represent the site externally – with regulators, community stakeholders, and industry groups
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team across mining, processing, and maintenance

• Proven leadership in large-scale mining or heavy industrial environments
• Strong understanding of cost control, production planning, and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing both plant and open-pit mining operations
• Ability to drive improvement across safety, quality, and workforce capability
