Expense & Travel Program Manager.
OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced Expense & Travel Program Manager to lead and continuously improve our organization’s travel, corporate payment, and expense management programs. This role ensures employees have a smooth, efficient experience while supporting compliance, cost control, and operational excellence.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
- Oversee the company’s travel and expense programs, ensuring policies are clear, user‑friendly, and consistently followed.
- Manage corporate payment tools and expense systems, driving accuracy, efficiency, and a great employee experience.
- Support day‑to‑day travel needs, internal meetings, and event coordination.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to optimize service, streamline processes, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Provide guidance to staff involved in travel or expense functions and serve as the go‑to expert for troubleshooting and compliance.
- Monitor program performance and recommend enhancements that improve accountability and ease of use.
- Experience managing travel, expense, or payment programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Solid financial awareness and the ability to interpret and apply policy.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with the ability to drive consistent and reliable results.
- Comfort working with digital tools and platforms used for travel or expense processing.
- Advanced education in a related business, finance, or administrative field.
- Experience with corporate payment solutions or enterprise travel tools.
- Primarily computer‑based work with a mix of office and remote days.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Will supervise staff responsible for travel or expense coordination so prefer management experience.
