• $500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days of successful employment
• Competitive pay with leasing, renewal, and occupancy bonuses

• Property management experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate leasing teams
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel (Entrata experience a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Support interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training office staff
• Drive occupancy goals through effective leasing and marketing strategies
• Monitor and support rent collections and delinquency standards
• Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and administrative tasks
• Maintain professional presentation of staff, office, and community
• Deliver outstanding resident service by responding promptly to requests and concerns
