Job DescriptionThis role serves to lead the design and execution of training programs to enhance organizational capabilities and team member performance
Essential Job Functions:
- Leads a team of managers who oversee the content design, retail training delivery and SSC/energy training delivery teams
- Leads the design and execution of training content (e-learning, workshops, ILT, guides), program management and facilitation
- Is responsible for the centralization of training delivery across all business functions
- Partner with department heads to identify training needs and define learning requirements; is responsible for the intake of all training requests across business functions, to include needs analysis
- Manages team of learning professionals and subject matter experts who create and deliver comprehensive blended learning, oversee the learning management system (LMS) and analyze training effectiveness; manages vendors
- Contribute to the department plan by building comprehensive plans that ensure learning solutions align with business goals
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required
- Master's Degree or Equivalent preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience
