• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven success with occupancy growth, leasing, collections, and budgeting
• Experience driving NOI and controlling expenses
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Entrata experience preferred)

• Drive occupancy, revenue growth, and resident retention
• Lead, mentor, and hold accountable the onsite leasing and maintenance teams
• Oversee budgets, reporting, and financial performance
• Manage delinquency, compliance, and risk mitigation
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure curb appeal standards
• Deliver a resident experience that aligns with The Everly’s lifestyle brand
