As their project portfolio continues to grow, they’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects, protect margin, and drive operational excellence from kickoff through closeout.

The RoleThe Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of multiple active construction projects, ensuring strong cost control, schedule discipline, subcontractor management, and execution excellence.
This role is ideal for an experienced project leader who:
- Protects margin without excuses
- Has a clear system for schedule recovery
- Runs clean buyouts
- Anticipates risk before it impacts performance
- Can confidently explain why a job is winning — or where it’s eroding
- Lead multiple concurrent projects valued at $2M–$5M
- Drive on-time, on-budget delivery using disciplined schedule and cost controls
- Manage subcontractors, field labor, sequencing, and manpower planning
- Take direct accountability for buyouts and project closeout
Identify margin erosion risks early and implement recovery plans - Partner with field leadership and executive team to ensure project success
- 10+ years of total construction experience
- 5+ years leading projects in the $2M–$5M range
- Documented history of managing multiple active projects simultaneously
- Direct accountability for subcontractors, labor planning, buyouts, and closeout
- Demonstrated manpower planning and sequencing expertise
- Ability to clearly articulate causes of margin erosion
- Defined personal system for schedule recovery
- Defined personal system for project buyout
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- PMP certification
- Lean Construction or Last Planner exposure
- OSHA 30 certification
