Tennessee Foam has a career-building opportunity for a Production Associate to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will be positive, proactive, innovative, and have a "can-do" attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate within Good Manufacturing Procedures (G.M.P) regulations and guidelines always in accordance with ISO
  13485.
• Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P's) in place relevant to your work activities.
• Identify and report unsafe practices to Manager immediately.
• Attend job trainings related to production and machinery for professional growth.
• Complete daily assigned tasks to meet production volume and schedule.
• Ensure that work environment is maintained clean, safe and organized.
• Identify and resolve problems concerning equipment and materials.
• Ensure that the manufactured product meets customer specifications.

Qualifications/ Education

• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in health care industry, manufacturing assembly, or warehousing and distribution preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions.
• Ability to work well with others.
• High degree to attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 20lbs.

Physical Demands

• Long periods of standing are required.
• Minimal lifting required.
• Use of fingers, hands, or feel objects.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Climb stairs.
• Stand, sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Close vision and depth perception.
