Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Weekend Production Operator to join their team. As a Weekend Production Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Weekend Production Operator (Paint)
Location: Knoxville, TN
Pay Range: $17.50-$19, DOE
Work 36 Hours, get paid for 40!!
Shift: 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays
What's the Job?
- Assist the production team in delivering quality products to customers
- Work in designated roles such as Painter, Assembler, or Packer
- Perform duties related to packing and order completion
- Maintain safety rules and ensure a clean work environment
- Understand and follow production workflow processes
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions
- Tolerance to odors, fumes, heat, and noise levels
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk throughout a large facility
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
