Job Summary

The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers.

Communication with others is based on knowledge of repetitive job routines and procedures gained from sufficient on the job experience. Consistent, error free work based on defined regulations and standards are key measures of job performance success. The job environment promotes steady, methodical work output so that job routines can be completed on time and error-free. This position is designed to develop a valued technical expert, who, recognized and supported by management and a stable work environment, can deliver quality work on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities of a Fulfillment Specialist:

• Parcel - Picking, Packing, Parcel shipping
• Freight - Picking, Freight prep, Freight Admin i..e Contacting shippers, completing BOL, scheduling shipments, completing orders in Net Suite, and other duties as required.
• Domestic Receiving - Receive incoming Fed Ex and USP shipments. Verify part numbers and quantiles, enter into Net Suite. Receive incoming (small) LCL shipments from overseas. Receive all Air orders.
• International Receiving - Responsible for the receiving of incoming overseas containers. Verify product to packing slip. Report results to management so container may be received. Put away product in racks, record location and input in Net Suite.
• Product Bring back -Load Penske with all materials that need to be transferred from Quality warehouse to main fulfillment for out bound shipments. (as required) 2 to4 times per day as designated by Fulfillment Manager.

Requirements of a Fulfillment Specialist:

• Basic Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Net Suite
• Ability to interpret instructions and respond to management's direction
• Must be able to read and interpret written information
• Ability to apply basic mathematical principles such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and fractions
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and attention to detail
