responsibilities
- reading and interpreting engineering blueprints,
- constructing base templates if necessary,
- measuring and mark out cutting and bending lines,
- set up metalwork machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, shears, plasma cutters, laser cutters, sawing, and punching.
- double check design specifications before starting cutting work,
- fabricating and constructing metal companents,
- grinding and finishing completed products,
- conforming with state and company safety regulations,
- job report completion
qualifications
minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience with sold work history and attendance record. Must pass a welding test. This is a temp to perm position with full benefit package once probationary period is met.
