Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care
$20,000 sign‑on bonus available for qualified applicants.
Schedule3×12 hour shifts one week / 4×12 hour shifts the next week, nights (7 a‑7 p), rotating weekends.

Howyou’ll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
- Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition.
- Establishes a plan of care appropriate to identified problems and involves the patient according to their capabilities and preferences.
- Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care.
- Documents patient care delivered.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

Applicants should have a current Tennessee Registered Nurse license.
Additional requirements:
Basic Life Support certification is required at the time of hire.
