- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Provide psychiatric patient care to adults and adolescence in an inpatient setting
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
- Provide interventions and behavioral management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Typical case load 14-16 patients/day
- Base salary plus productivity bonus, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
- Paid after-hour call coverage (voluntary/by rotation)

- Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as a PMHNP
- Active DEA or willingness to obtain
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a PMHNP clinician in an inpatient setting
