RN - Registered Nurse Night Shift

Up to $83,000 per year.

Full‑time RN: $5,000.

The primary purpose of the position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

• Lead and support all functions related to quality care for our residents.
• Direct the day‑to‑day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
• Complete processes and paperwork related to admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Receive telephone orders from physicians and record them on the Physician Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, medication records, treatment/care plans as required.
• Chart nurse's notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident and the resident's response to the care.

• Valid unencumbered nursing license.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain during orientation.
• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
