• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Provide psychiatric patient care to adults and adolescents in an inpatient setting
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
• Provide interventions and behavioral management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Typical case load 14-16 patients/day

• Base salary plus productivity bonus, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
• Paid after‑hour call coverage (voluntary/by rotation)
• Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage

• Dual certification as a PMHNP and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (PNP‑AC), or Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AG‑PCNP)
• Active, unrestricted Tennessee Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
• Active DEA or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of 1‑year experience as an NP in an inpatient setting
