We are hiring for:

Schedule:
M-F 8:30am-5pm | Pay: $28/hr | Sign-On Bonus: $4,000
- Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care and services to persons with disabilities in residential homes and/or vocational centers.
- Assists RN and professional staff in delivering quality nursing services to persons supported.
- Administers and oversees specified medication processes and procedures, including removing expired medications from circulation.
- Takes historical information and records persons' supported vital signs.
- Observes person's supported mannerisms and reports adverse reactions to medication or treatment as needed.
- Advocates for individuals with IDD and participates as an integral part of the interdisciplinary team for the people we support.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid state Licensed Practical Nurse certification.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Ability to lift between 30 and 50 pounds and provide CPR after certification.
- Ability to remain calm in crisis situations.
- Pre‑employment screening: complete criminal background check (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities), drug testing, education verification, and other credentialing based on position requirements.
- Proof of employment history or references (if required).
- Positions that require driving: proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle (if required for providing transportation for individuals).
