Licensed Practical Nurse – Sign On Bonus $3,500

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing team  primary purpose of the position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

Full‑time: $3,500 sign‑on bonus paid out day one.

Must have a valid, unencumbered nursing license. Must have valid CPR/BLS certification or be willing to obtain during orientation.

• Lead and support all functions related to quality of care for our residents.
• Direct the day‑to‑day functions of nursing assistants.
• Participate in facility surveys and inspections by authorized government agencies.
• Complete processes and paperwork related to admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physician’s Order Form; transcribe physician’s orders to resident charts, medication records, and treatment/care plans as required.
• Chart nurses’ notes in an informative and descriptive manner reflecting the care provided and the resident’s response.
