As a Nurse Practitioner / Laser Associate, you will be the go‑to laser expert in our studio. Your responsibilities include administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and managing various laser and operational activities. This role empowers clients on their tattoo removal journey, ensuring exceptional client experiences.

• Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol.
• Conduct and document an initial clinical assessment, either in person or via telemedicine, for all new clients before the start of treatment across all three Tennessee Removery locations (Knoxville – Bearden Hill, Nashville – Edgehill, and Memphis – Poplar), evaluating medical history, skin condition, and treatment suitability.
• Ensure compliance with Removery safety and treatment guidelines and maintain accurate client records.
• Build trust with clients through excellent customer service while communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accountability while collaborating with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture.
• Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth studio operations and client experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date licensing credentials and comply with company learning and development requirements.

Compensation: $44/hr + uncapped commission.

Tuesday – Saturday

• Tuesday: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm
• Wednesday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
• Thursday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
• Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

• Active NP license
• Reliable transportation to your home studio or other designated locations, as needed
• Effective, client‑centric communication style
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• May be required to travel out of state for training
• Ability to sit for hour‑long increments
• Ability to lift 10 lbs or more repeatedly
• Comfort in treating and interacting with the human body
• Capacity to maintain highly confidential information
• Strong wrist dexterity and strength, necessary for operating laser and computer/office machinery
• Ability to visually assess clients’ skin conditions and safely operate laser equipment wearing assigned laser safety goggles
