Medically Monitored Crisis Detox LPN

Helen Ross McNabb Center seeks a Medically Monitored Crisis Detox LPN to provide direct nursing care for adults experiencing substance use crises in a supervised detox setting. The LPN completes assessments, monitors withdrawal symptoms, administers medications, and documents care in accordance with protocols. This role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, educates clients on recovery, ensures safety and infection control, and responds to behavioral health crises with compassion.
