The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to provide expert palliative consultations and symptom management for patients with serious illness.
You will work with the IDG to formulate evidence-based plans of care and coordinate with physicians and home care teams to improve quality of life. This on-site role requires APRN licensure with prescriptive authority, CPR certification, and at least five years’ nursing experience, including hospice or palliative care.
