We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings.

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
• Perform injections.

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where you will work.
• DEA licensure valid in the state of the center.
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state practice mandates.

• Primary center:
  Knoxville/Oak Ridge.
• Target weekly hours: 32.
