Covenant Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Navigator for the Multidisciplinary Breast Clinic in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Nurse Navigator provides essential clinical support, coordinates patient-centered care, and educates patients and families about cancer treatment options.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of oncology experience and a valid Tennessee RN license. Responsibilities include advocating for patients, overseeing multidisciplinary cancer conferences, and facilitating appointments and care coordination.
