Gentiva Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice LPN to provide direct bedside nursing care in patients' homes, assisted living, or facility settings. You will work under RN supervision to implement the plan of care, monitor patient conditions, and support families through difficult times.
The role emphasizes collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, adherence to nursing protocols and regulatory guidelines as well as on-call duties and possible on-site pronouncements under RN guidance.
